This is the very famous “Lechon” or roasted pig. The skin is best crunchy and the meat soft, tender and juicy dipped in a rich sauce. One whole pig that serves 25 to 30 costs about Php6,500 (USD170). However, after consuming ones share of the famous lechon, one has to do planking and more core exercises to relieve the body of all the fat and cholesterol. Best lechon for me – Elar’s Lechon!
Honestly, I have never been to the “Sinulog” Festival in Cebu, but I should experience this soon!
